My lovely grandma recently mailed me a bundt pan, for which I am very thankful. (I tried to bake an angel food cake in a regular pan this summer, without much luck.) I haven’t yet attempted to make anything in my new pan yet, but baking season is upon us now, and it’s got me dreaming of ideas… I think this year, I’ll be attempting to make gluten free monkey bread. You know, that doughy sticky gooey brown sugary warm mess of a treat from when we were kids. mmmmm. I’ll keep you posted on my progress, and I’ll repost my best result.
